Corona – and now?

Remote work? Sure! Even before the pandemic it was possible, here at ioki, to work from home or anywhere else. Our office remains open as well – everyone is free to choose whether they prefer to work remotely or come in instead – of course in compliance with the applicable legal provisions. When the pandemic initially hit, we immediately installed a Corona task force that advises on current measures and keeps all iokians up-to-date with the current situation. This allows us to respond quickly and reliable to constantly changing circumstances in a targeted manner. We may not be able to meet up in person at the moment, but that does not stop us from staying in touch and keeping the ball rolling. On the contrary, we simply launched new digital formats like virtual lunches, online “lightning talks” and digital workshops, just to name a few. Sounds, like it might work? We know it does!
