COMPLIANCE & GOVERNANCE
Your trusted partner in public transport
For us, taking responsibility for the mobility of tomorrow means more than just error-free code.
True reliability in public transport requires partners whom public sector clients and transport operators can trust in their day-to-day collaboration. How we work, what standards we demand of our partners, and what integrity you can expect from us.
We are convinced that:
A sustainable transition in mobility requires transparent processes and fair cooperation. Through our Code of Conduct and clear compliance structures, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards, both for ourselves and our partners.

Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)
On July 22, 2021, the German Federal Council passed the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). It obliges companies to systematically implement defined due diligence obligations in predefined human rights and environmental risk areas. Human rights and environmental risks in their own business area and among their direct suppliers should be prevented or at least minimized within this framework. These risks include, for example, child labor, forced labor, disregard for occupational safety standards, discrimination/unequal treatment of employees, or withholding of adequate wages.
ioki has established a complaint procedure. This is intended to give any person or group of persons the opportunity to submit relevant complaints or reports to ioki GmbH. This enables us to respond at an early stage to reports that indicate human rights or environmental risks within our own business activities or within our direct and indirect supply chains.
If you wish to submit a complaint or report, you can send an email to complaint-lksg@ioki.com.
