GTFS stands for General Transit Feed Specification and is an open data standard. In the Bavarian market town of Bad Birnbach, trials of autonomous electric buses have been conducted as part of two projects: the recently completed “HEAL” (highly automated – social – demand-oriented – rural) research project on demand-responsive rural transport and in the ongoing Autonomous Bus Bad Birnbach initiative.
In collaboration with Cotral Spa, ioki has launched an innovative on-demand service in the rural area of Monti Reatini area, conveniently connecting 30 rural municipalities with the city of Rieti.
