Digital on-demand service for urban and suburban areas

In collaboration with the local authorities of Colmar and TRACE (public transportation network), ioki digitised the existing on-demand service of Colmar and its surrounding communities by developing and implementing the new „FlexiTrace” app in the summer of 2023.

By the end of summer 2024, the „FlexiTrace” service will also incorporate the „Trace Mobile” service, specifically designed for passengers with reduced mobility. The integration of the ioki Platform strengthens and enhances local public transport, making the existing on-demand service more flexible and user-friendly. Thanks to the digitisation, passengers now benefit from shorter pre-booking times, real-time updates, and the freedom to modify their bookings within the app.
