In recent years, ioki has become the market leader for on-demand and sustainable mobility solutions in the DACH region, with more than 30 projects in 25 cities and in five countries with a variety of B2B and B2G customers such as large corporations, transport operators, bus companies, big cities and small municipalities.
Let’s take one more look at the year 2020 and some of the figures and milestones we have achieved in this year alone:
More than 172,000 rides
One hundred and seventy-two thousand journeys. Wow. That’s the number of rides booked through our platform in 2020 alone: 54% of them were on-demand rides, 46% pre-booked. This not only confirms the actual need of this offer, but also reduces private motorised transport.
More than 215,000 passengers
In 2020, we transported more than 215,000 passengers in our projects – thanks to our ridepooling algorithm. They searched, found and booked their ride with the respective partners via our app. More than 98,000 have used the feature and pre-booked their ride – meaning for an appointment in the future or for regularly recurring rides. The other part, more than 117,000 passengers, booked the ride at the push of a button – on-demand.
13 project go-lives with 8 partners
In total, we celebrated 13 project go-lives with 8 different partners: we are grateful and incredibly proud to have achieved all this within this year – with partners who believe in our vision and are ready to make their mobility offer even more efficient together with us. We are excited to see what is in store for us in 2021!
